Yes. Free includes 5 vehicle cases and 1 Photo Diagnosis each month, no card required, so you can try General Chat, Guided Diagnosis and MOT Intelligence before paying for anything.

Can I cancel my Carlore subscription anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Manage billing or by contacting support. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and your statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected.

What happens if I use my full monthly allowance?

Your allowance resets automatically at the start of the next billing month. Plus and Pro members can also add a one-off top-up for extra vehicle cases or Photo Diagnoses without changing plan (Buyer Report and Boost Pack top-ups stay Pro-only); top-ups do not auto-renew and stay available for up to 90 days.

Do I need a subscription to check a used car before buying?

No. A Buyer Report is available as a one-off from £14.99 with no subscription required, covering MOT history plus live finance, stolen marker, write-off, salvage, tax status, manufacturer safety recall and taxi-history checks.
